Find bowl and baking plate.
Mix old fashioned oats, quick oats, almonds, cashews, walnuts, seeds that your heart desires, salt, and cinnamon in said bowl.
With your hands, mix in two soft bananas so it all becomes sticky.
Spread evenly across said baking plate.
15 minutes in the oven at 350°F (177°C). Then mix it around. Then another 15. Turn off oven and keep door slightly open, and leave it in till fully dried.
